Creamy Blueberry Overnight Oats

  • 1/2 cup Quick Oats
  • 3/4-1 cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk (Add 3/4 cup if you like it thicker, 1 cup if you're like me and want it thinner.)
  • 1 tbsp Raw Honey
  • 1/2 Mashed Banana
  • 1/2 cup Blueberries


  1. Add oats to a mason jar. 

  2. On a cutting board, mash the banana and add it to the jar on top of the oats.

  3. Add in the blueberries.

  4. Drizzle honey over top. Stir it all together.

  5. Add in almond milk. 

  6. Place the lid on the jar tightly and shake that baby up! 

  7. Place in refrigerator for 6-8 hours to achieve full creamy potential. 

  8. Plop it in a bowl, eat it straight from the jar, drizzle more honey, add more granola. Serve it hot or cold. (I think it's extra creamy when it's cold!) The choice is yours.
