Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise (I recommend you use full fat)
  • 4-5 tbsp whole milk
  • ¾ tsp fresh chopped dill (more if desired)
  • 1 tsp fresh chopped parsley
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (if desired for a kick of spice!)
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Add mayo to a large bowl. Add the spices and fresh herbs on top. Add the milk (start with about 4 tbsp and add more if needed as you go)

  2. Using a whisk, slowly mix together until combined and you reach your desired consistency. If it’s too thin, add more mayo! If it’s too thick, add more milk!

  3. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.

  4. Enjoy on pizza, burgers, fries, or a salad! Keeps in the fridge in a mason jar for 3-4 days.
