  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 3 tbsp peanut butter (I used Peanut Pro Smooth Nuttzo - highly recommend!)
  • 1 cup milk of choice (I used unsweetened vanilla cashew milk)
  • 2 tbsp jelly of choice (I used strawberry!)
  • 1 tsp maple syrup (optional for added sweetness)

  1. In a bowl, whisk together peanut butter, maple syrup and milk until combined. Add in the chia seeds and gently mix together until combined.

  2. Put a lid on the bowl and either let sit overnight or at least an hour in the fridge until it becomes like a pudding consistency.

  3. Once done, in a mason jar, add peanut butter to the bottom followed by a layer of chia pudding followed by a layer of jelly. Top the jelly with chia pudding and a large drizzle of the peanut butter. Enjoy!
