This Peanut Butter and Jelly Chia Pudding is a deliciously creamy and easy breakfast that can be made overnight!
In a bowl, whisk together peanut butter, maple syrup and milk until combined. Add in the chia seeds and gently mix together until combined.
Put a lid on the bowl and either let sit overnight or at least an hour in the fridge until it becomes like a pudding consistency.
Once done, in a mason jar, add peanut butter to the bottom followed by a layer of chia pudding followed by a layer of jelly. Top the jelly with chia pudding and a large drizzle of the peanut butter. Enjoy!
