Creamy Salsa Verde Guacamole

This Creamy Salsa Verde Guacamole is loaded with everything green! It’s delicious, extra creamy, slightly spicy and perfect to add to any meal. Best part? It’s done in 5 minutes!

  • 1/2 medium yellow onion, diced
  • 1 medium de-seeded jalapeno, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • juice of 1/2 of a lime
  • 2 small ripe avocados
  • 1/4 cup roughly chopped cilantro
  • 1/2 cup salsa verde (homemade or jarred)
  • large pinch of salt to taste


  1. Dice the onion, mince the garlic, de-seed and dice the jalapeno, roughly chop your cilantro. Set aside. Cut your avocados in half and scoop them into a high powered blender or food processor. In addition, add in the onion, garlic, jalapeno, cilantro, juice of 1/2 of a lime and the salsa verde. Add a large pinch of salt to taste. 

  2. Blend until smooth and creamy. Serve immediately with chips! Enjoy! Lasts in the fridge for 2-4 days. 

Recipe Notes

For extra spice, skip de-seeding the jalapeno and just add them in.
