This Creamy Salsa Verde Guacamole is loaded with everything green! It’s delicious, extra creamy, slightly spicy and perfect to add to any meal. Best part? It’s done in 5 minutes!
Dice the onion, mince the garlic, de-seed and dice the jalapeno, roughly chop your cilantro. Set aside. Cut your avocados in half and scoop them into a high powered blender or food processor. In addition, add in the onion, garlic, jalapeno, cilantro, juice of 1/2 of a lime and the salsa verde. Add a large pinch of salt to taste.
Blend until smooth and creamy. Serve immediately with chips! Enjoy! Lasts in the fridge for 2-4 days.
For extra spice, skip de-seeding the jalapeno and just add them in.
