These Cheesy Garlic Biscuits are filled with fresh garlic, chives, and of course lots of cheddar cheese! They are made in one bowl, you drop it on the pan, bake it and you’re all set!
Preheat your oven to 425. Mix your flour and baking powder in a large bowl. Add in your cold butter and either use your hands or a pastry cutter and mix it in until it's incorporated with the flour - the mix needs to be somewhat crumbly.
To your dough, add in the cheese, chives and your milk. Mix until it's all incorporated. The dough should be pretty sticky.
To a baking sheet, I scooped out 2 tbsp worth of dough for each biscuit, shaping them into biscuits. Once all of the dough is on the pan, melt 2 tbsp butter in a small bowl. Brush it on the biscuits.
Bake at 425 for 15 minutes or until crunchy and golden. Once they are done, add more of the melted butter on top of the biscuits. Eat while warm! Enjoy!
This recipe yielded about 5 large biscuits for me. You can make the biscuits smaller to yield more - just make sure to watch them in the oven, as they will cook faster if they are smaller!
