This quick and easy coleslaw is creamy, crunchy, light and perfect as a side dish for your Summer BBQ!
Chop your cabbage into long thin strands. Place into a large bowl. Dice your green onions and add to the bowl as well. Add in your mayo, apple cider vinegar. Mix together until well combined. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Let cool in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to an hour. Enjoy!
If you want your coleslaw to be extra creamy, add an additional tablespoon (or two) of mayo.
