Lucky Charms Treat Bars

These Lucky Charms Treat Bars are SO fun! Loaded with gooey marshmallows, crispy Lucky Charms cereal - these are the perfect and easy little sweet treat to whip up!

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup salted butter
  • 6 cups Lucky Charms cereal 
  • 10 oz. bag mini marshmallows 
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt 

Instructions

  1. Melt the salted butter in pot on medium heat. 

  2. Once melted, add in marshmallows and stir with a wooden spoon until the two are combined and gooey. 

  3. Add in the lucky charms cereal and salt and mix until they are fully covered with the marshmallow butter mixture. Mix mix mix!

  4. Remove from the heat and set aside.

  5. Grease an 8x8 baking pan with baking spray (it also helps to grease your hands as well!)

  6. Add the marshmallow mixture into the pan and then GENTLY push them down into the pan evenly to make bars. Make sure the mixture is evenly distributed throughout the pan.

  7. Place in fridge for 1 hour to let cool and set. Slice and enjoy! 

Recipe Notes

These are best eaten the day of - but if you have leftovers, store them in a tightly sealed tupperware container at room temperature. Should be good for 1-2 days :)
