These Easter Egg Blondies are the perfect Easter treat! Loaded with the best Easter candy, there are dense, fudgy and truly just the most delicious dessert!
Preheat oven to 350. Line an 8x8 glass baking pan with either baking spray or parchment paper. Set aside.
Melt butter in a large bowl. Add in brown sugar and whisk to combine. Next, add in egg, vanilla extract and pinch of salt and whisk together until fully combined.
Next, add in the flour and stir in with a wooden spoon.
Add the mini cadbury eggs to a ziploc bag. Use a kitchen tool to gently crush them into small to medium size pieces.
Gently fold them the candy into the batter until just combined!
Add to the greased pan and spread the batter evenly. Cook for 25-30 minutes or until toothpick can be inserted and comes out mostly clean.
Let cool for 10-15 minutes and then slice. If desired, drizzle with white chocolate and garnish with more mini eggs!
Store in a tightly sealed container at room temperature for 2-3 days. Although these are best eaten the day of baking. Enjoy! :)
