This Winter Cheese Board is the BEST! Loaded with different types of cheese, salty crackers, meats and of course, some fresh fruit, this is the best for those nights where you don’t want to cook anything for dinner!

  • 6-8 oz different cured meats (salami, capicola, pepperoni etc.)
  • variety of cheeses: 4 oz goat cheese, 8 oz cheddar cheese, 5 oz gouda, 6 oz port salut (SEE NOTES!)
  • fresh apples slices, fresh pomegranate, cucumber slices
  • variety of crackers
  • dark chocolate chips (if desired)


  1. Get all of your ingredients in order and then begin making your cheese board! Add on your cheeses first, followed by the meats, crackers etc. Enjoy!

  2. Store any leftovers in tight tupperware containers in the fridge and use for another meal!
