  • 2 cups quick (or old fashioned!) oats
  • 2 sticks (16 tbsp) softened salted butter
  • 10 oz apple butter (homemade or store-bought)
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup white granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking powder

  3. Add softened butter and gently combine with a wooden spoon until it's all mixed in. See photo above for what it should look like.

  7. Place in the oven and bake for 35-40 minutes.

  8. Let cool for at least 30 minutes! Serve and eat anytime (breakfast, snack or dessert!)
