Add a ripe banana to a medium mason jar or tupperware bowl. Mash banana with a fork until fully mashed. Add oats. Mix together.
Add cinnamon and mix.
Add milk of your choice along with honey and vanilla extract Stir together or put lid on mason jar and shake it up. Make sure it's all fully combined!
Place in fridge overnight. Enjoy the next morning. Top with additional banana, pecans or peanut butter. Enjoy!
