This Spinach Artichoke Dip is the very best appetizer to bring to a party! It’s rich, cheesy and best when dipped with lots of chips!
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Mince your garlic. Drain your artichokes and then dice them into small bite size pieces. Place them in a large bowl. In the same bowl, place your thawed and drained spinach, softened cream cheese, parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, garlic and salt and pepper. Mix together to combine well.
In a greased baking dish, add the mixture and spread it evenly. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly. May broil for 1-2 minutes at the end for desired crispy top. Keep a watch on it though!
Serve warm with chips or pita! Enjoy!
If your spinach isn't thawed and drained, no worries! Simply place 8 oz. of frozen spinach in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave for 2 minutes. Once done, add to a sifter and press out the excess liquid with a spoon. Add the drained spinach to the bowl with the other ingredients! Voila!
