Homemade Vanilla Cashew Milk

This Homemade Vanilla Cashew Milk is made with only 5 simple ingredients! It’s ultra creamy, made with real vanilla extract and cinnamon. I promise you won’t buy store-bought cashew milk after you make this!

  • 1 cup soaked raw cashews
  • 3 cups water
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp cinnamon


  1. Soak your cashews for at least 12 hours. Once soaked, rinse them thoroughly. 

  2. Place the rinsed cashews, water, maple syrup, vanilla extract and cinnamon in a high powered blender. Blend the cashew milk on high for 1 minute.

  3. Put the nut milk bag in a large bowl. Pour the cashew milk into the nut milk bag and strain it. Knead and squeeze until every drop is out! 

  4. Once it's strained, pour it into a mason jar. Drink up and enjoy!
