Cut your chicken into hearty chunks for the skewers. Combine with the marinade ingredients. Let it marinate for at least 4 hours. While the chicken is marinating, soak your skewers for at least an hour to prevent burning. Place 5-6 pieces of chicken on each skewer.
Preheat your oven to 450 degrees. Foil your baking sheet. Place your chicken on the baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Spread tzatziki sauce on the pita bread. Add your greens, onions, feta cheese, and chicken. Add salt and pepper to taste as well as fresh dill or an additional squeeze of lemon!Enjoy!
I have also tested this recipe by only marinating the chicken for 1 hour and it turned out very tasty. However, if you want EXTRA flavor, the longer the marinade, the better!
