Spring is just around the corner so today I am sharing a round up of my all time favorite Spring recipes to make! 

Happy March, y’all! I can’t believe that we are just a couple weeks away from the start of Spring and just a few days away from Daylight Savings Time! 

I for one am very excited to have more sunshine-y hours in the day and I’m especially excited for the seasonal produce, flowers blooming and good food! 

And that’s why I’m here today – sharing a few of my favorite Spring recipes to hopefully inspire you. 

Btw – if you didn’t know Easter actually falls in March this year, March 31st! So be sure to go ahead and start planning that meal if you haven’t already. Let’s get started! 

Brunch/Breakfast Recipes:

Strawberry Cream Cheese Coffee Cake: a delightfully soft and sweet coffee cake base with a tangy cream cheese swirl running throughout each piece. So delightful and perfect to pair with coffee!

Bacon Egg and Cheese Tarts: for my savory loving friends, you can’t get any better than these tarts! Flaky puff pastry loaded with cheese, crispy bacon and a runny egg. Easter brunch please!

Strawberry Elderflower Glazed Donuts: These donuts are SO soft, fluffy and loaded with fresh strawberries. The elderflower glaze has the perfect floral essence to get you in the mood for Spring!

Zesty Lemon Blueberry Banana Bread: this bread is the ultimate one bowl baking recipe that combines juicy blueberries with zesty lemon in a dense and thick bread. It’s perfect when warm with butter!

Side Dishes:

Roasted Rainbow Carrots: carrots are so underrated – I love how these roasted carrots get so extra sweet and caramelized in the oven. Highly recommend the maple dijon sauce on the side too!

Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes: My go-to side dish for almost every meal because who doesn’t love mashed potatoes? Bonus points if you add extra butter on top!

Guinness Beer Bread: If you’re looking for a fun St. Patrick’s Day treat, this Guinness Beer Bread is for you! It’s delicious on its own, with butter or alongside a big bowl of beef stew!

Greek Orzo Pasta Salad: I love this one SO much. Orzo is an incredible pasta and the other fresh veggies/flavors in this make it POP! 

Main Dishes:

Instant Pot Guinness Braised Short Ribs: My all time favorite recipe to make in March – and I’m pretty sure this is my husband’s favorite recipe on OBB in general. It’s incredibly flavor and you must serve it with the roasted garlic mashed potatoes above!

Mediterranean Salmon Bowls: If you’re looking for something light, ultra flavorful and full of veggies, this is for you! I love how crispy the salmon bites get. Don’t skimp on the feta cheese at the end!

Ground Chicken Tacos with Chipotle Crema: One of my favorite easy weeknight dinners that is SO flavorful – I love the chipotle crema and loading it into warm tortillas!

Carrot Cake Blondies: These are SO SO good. Thick, dense, rich and full of all the carrot cake flavor you know and love. Highly recommend.

Coconut Pecan Cookies: If you’re looking for a unique cookie that doesn’t involve lots of chocolate, let me introduce you to these Coconut Pecan Cookies! They are buttery soft and delicious!

Easy Homemade Banana Pudding: My favorite dessert recipe to make for Easter! Homemade pudding is a labor of love but to me, it’s so worth it!
